Laboratory classes will involve getting familiar with selected implementations of cryptographic algorithms and protocols. Based on this knowledge and your own experiments, you will be asked to solve a set of simple problems, and prepare a short report including answers to questions included in the corresponding instruction. All exercises can be done at home, at your own speed.

Lab 1 - CrypTool - Historical Ciphers: Instruction - primary report due by Sunday, October 25, 11:59pm; solutions to bonus tasks can be submitted by Sunday, November 1, 11:59pm.

Lab 2 - CrypTool - Public-Key Cryptosystems: Instruction - primary report due by Saturday, November 28, 11:59pm; solutions to bonus tasks can be submitted by Saturday, December 12, 11:59pm.
